京津冀区域经济错位互补研究

京津冀作为环渤海地区的核心区域，是我国最具经济活力的区域之一。目前，虽然京津冀区域经济发展取得了重大进展，但是，京津冀区域经济在错位互补发展方面仍存在不少问题。因此，京津冀区域间有必要建立政府协调机制和利益平衡机制；优化区域空间产业布局，促进区域经济错位互补发展；建立资源共享和信息传导机制，促进区域统一市场的形成；加快基础设施建设一体化，为区域经济发展保驾护航；建立生态保障共享机制，促进区域经济可持续发展。

Dislocation and Complementary Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Economy

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area, as the center around Bohai Sea, is one of China＇s most economically dynamic areas. Significant progress has been made in the regional economic development. However, there are still a number of problems in economic dislocation and complementary development. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the government coordination mechanism and the balanced interests mechanism; optimize the layout of regional industries to enhance regional economy; establish the resource sharing mechanism and information transmission mechanism for the unified regional market; accelerate integrated infrastructure construction protect regional economic development; and establish shared mechanism of ecological protection to promote the sustainable development of the regional economy.
