| 摘 要： | 在创业融资过程中 ,涉及到资金供给方、需求方和中介方等主体 ,其中 ,资金供给方和需求方的博弈行为贯穿融资行为的始末 ,也最为重要 ,融资状况最终体现为资金供给方和需求方的博弈结果。但资金供应方对相关信息的获取客观上滞后于资金需求方。本文对创业融资中资金供求双方的行为进行了博弈分析 ,以揭示创业融资过程中供求双方的行为特征 ,进而提出了相应的对策建议

| Abstract: | The demander and the supplier of venture capital,including the agency,form the main actions in venture financing.However,it is the most important one that the behavior between the demander and the supplier in the period of venture financing.The venture financing behavior embodies the result of game actions between the demander and the supplier finally.The authors analyze the game behavior of the two sides in venture financing.The authors summarize the characteristics of the behavior,and put forward the corresponding suggestions. |
