| 摘 要： | 对人的行为管理,是现代社会、企业、单位管理的主体工程。本文在阐述人的行为特征及其一般规律的基础上,分析了我国新的历史时期对人的行为管理的发展趋向:行为管理民族化→(人性化 人文化)→人本化(以人为本);处在不同阶段的行为管理具有不同的重点目标:行为管理民族化的重点目标是培育人的爱国主义精神;行为管理人文化的重点目标是培育人的创新精神;行为管理人本化的重点目标是培育人的和谐精神。
