摘    要:在低痛苦甚至无痛苦的前提下以控制能量摄入与适当运动的方法进行60天的减肥实验,比较晚饭前与晚饭后运动减肥的效果,发现运动之后再吃晚饭减肥的效果更好,体重指数多下降2.66(P<0.001)。建议减肥的人先进行约2h的运动,再吃晚饭,在餐前暗示减少对脂类、糖类食物的摄入。

Abstract:Weight-losing experiment was carried through by the methods of controlling the energy take-in and doing exercise based on the premise of low or even no agony. By comparing the effects of keeping fit by sports after or before supper,it was found that to have supper after exercise could have better effects. It was suggested that people who wanted to lose weight carry on the sports for about 2 hours first,and then have supper. Before supper,the absorption of fat,candy food should be reduced.
