| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the present situation of experiment teaching and managing of P.E. department. It also elucidated the importance of a correct understanding of experiment teaching. Suggestions towards the training and managing of experiment technicians were made so as to be adapted to the needs of high quality creative talents cultivation in the new century. |
