| 摘 要： | 素质教育的普遍推行已成为时代发展的必然和全社会的共同呼声。但是由于实施素质教育是一项复杂的社会系统工程，具有长期性和艰巨性，普遍推行素质教育仍有许多问题急待解决，本文从改革课程体系、教育过程评价、选人用人制度等三个方面对这一问题进行了探讨。
