| 摘 要： | 随着我国体育事业的蓬勃发展,体育纠纷在数量、内容上都发生了重大的变化.实践中诉讼已经成为解决体育纠纷的重要方式.结合中国司法体制的现状以及体育纠纷本身的特征来看,我国的体育纠纷诉讼解决机制应进一步改革与完善,以促进中国体育事业的健康发展.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Chinese sports,there's significant change in the quantities and contents of sports dispute.In practice,lawsuit is chosen as a major method to solve sports dispute.Analyzing the present situation of Chinese judicial system and the character of sports dispute itself,the paper proposes that Chinese sports dispute settlement mechanism should be further enhanced so as to promote the healthy development of Chinese sports. |
