中国基础教育信息化存在的问题及对策

我国基础教育信息化发展不均衡和应用效率低的问题既是基础教育信息化面临的现实问题,也是今后很长一段时间内要重点解决的问题.本文对我国基础教育信息化的现状和存在的问题以及对策进行了论述,并得出了以下结论：利用国家宏观调控政策改变不均衡现状;改革基础教育信息化发展的模式;充分发挥教育信息化优秀试点学校的示范效应;加强教师信息化培训,提高其信息技术应用能力.

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Basic Educational Informatization in China

The unbalanced development and low efficiency is not only the practical problem that basic educational information is facing at present in China,but also the key problems that to be solved for a long time.This paper discusses the current features,existing problems and countermeasures of basic educational information in our country and draws the following conclusions：the unbalanced situation should be changed with the national macro-control measures;the model of information development of basic education should be reformed;the demonstrational effect of the pilot schools should be fully played;training for teachers should be strengthened to improve their ability to apply information technology.
