| 摘 要： | 对新疆4所普通高校的女性教师进行了调查，对她们参加体育活动的态度及她们的体育价值观、参加体育活动的动机、体育活动行为等方面进行了较为详细的分析，了解她们对体育的态度和体育行为的现状，找出问题症结，并提出了符合新疆高校女性教师参加体育活动的建议和方法。
