摘    要:针对我国金属矿产资源的开采利用量大、浪费严重和我国金属矿产资源评价模型研究匮乏等问题,本文首次提出金属矿产资源能级的概念——金属矿产资源为国民经济和社会发展提供商品或服务的能量大小.建立了基于金属矿产资源质量M、数量Q、重要程度I和技术条件T等4个指标的定量评价模型,对各指标进行细化、归一化并划分等级.以金属铁、铝、金、铜、钼、钨、锡为例的分析表明,其能级分别为1.748、1.015、1.65、1.353、2.419、2.953、2.025,能级模型可对我国所有的金属矿产资源进行能级测算和划分,从而针对不同能级的金属矿产资源采取不同的开采、管理措施,实现我国金属矿产资源的有效管理.

Abstract:The energy grade of metal mineral resources is the energy size by goods or services for the national economy and social development. The energy grade model is based on four criteria and establishes a quantitative evaluation model. The four criteria are the quality index M which includes basic quality m0 and the associated amendment coefficient k, quantity index Q including scale coefficient i and reliability coefficient of resources, importance degree index I including economic function I1, dependence I2 and alternative I3, technical conditions index T including the internal factors T1 and external factors T2 of the metal mineral resources. Energy values from zero to zero point eight is grade 5, up to the next level is grade 4, and its values is between zero point night to one point six. The highest degree-grade 1 is from three point three to four, the next lower grade is between two point five to three point two, and the middle degree is grade 3, every zero point eight values divided into a grade. At last the paper is taking metallic iron, metallic aluminum, metallic gold, metallic copper, metallic molybdenum, metallic tungsten and metallic tin as exampled to calculate energy values. The analysis showed that the energy values are respectively 1.748, 1.015, 1.65, 1.353, 2.419, 2.953, and 2.025. The grade of metal aluminum and copper is 4, metallic tungsten and molybdenum belong to the grade 2, and metallic gold and tin is grade 3. This energy grade model can measure and classify all the metal mineral resources of China, and according to different energy values and the energy grades of metal mineral resources, different mining measures can be adopted and constructive measures applied to realize maximization of metallic mineral resources.
