| Abstract: | In this paper an instance was introduced, from which how to implement the complicated purchase/manufacture/finance flow in the supplier chain management was stated. The proposal is to provide a solution for those enterprises which have not enough capacity for manufacture, and also can not use normal subcontract to fulfill their production. |
