| 摘 要： | 主要阐述了创新能力的含义。通过分析与比较新加坡南洋理工学院对学生创新能力的培养,可发现我国高职教育的特点,就是学生的基础知识扎实、丰富,而动手实践能力不强,创新能力不足。因此,我国高职院校如何培养学生的创新能力就成为重要研究课题之一。同时,提出了培养创新能力的措施,如更新观念、改善环境、改进方法等。
