| 摘 要： | 随着可持续发展战略的确立和开展,循环经济已成为可持续发展的主要思路之一,而循环经济的立法工作是保障和促进循环经济发展的重要手段.从循环经济的基本概念及其特征入手,介绍发达国家循环经济立法的经验,分析我国循环经济立法的现状及其问题,提出完善循环经济立法的对策.

| Abstract: | With the establishment and carry out of a sustainable development,the recycle economy has become one of the main ideas on sustainable development.Legislation of recycle economy is an important tool to protect and promote the development of recycle economy.According to basic concept and features of the recycle economy,and introducing the experience of developed countries recycle economy legislation,and analyzing legislation and situation of recycle economy in our country,I will ollustrate the reform of legislation of recycle economic. |
