| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球一体化进程的加快,当前社会对高等人才、特别是高素质创新型人才的需求日益强烈。针对目前的发展形势,探讨了该形势下所需的创新型人才应该具备的素质,并在此基础上提出一些高校进行大学生创新能力培养的有力举措,对培养大学生的创新能力具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | With the speedup of economic globalization process,it is of great importance to train undergraduates' creative ability and current social demand for talent emerges new changes in the situation.The demand of higher talent,especially that of high-quality innovative talent has become increasingly strong.Viewing the current development situation,the paper discusses the quality an innovative talent should have in this situation.On this basis,it also brings forward some effective measures to train undergraduates' creative ability. |
