18~22岁学生心脏功能能力测定方法与评价模型的研究

摘    要:采用文献资料法、试验法、数理统计等方法,对河北省18~22岁在校学生进行F.C.的测试,并对两次负荷的强度及测试结果进行检验,建立正常值.结果表明:1)确定两次耐量试验负荷强度范围;2)18~22岁年龄间学生心脏功能能力没有明显的差异;3)确定18~22岁学生F.C.的正常值和12 min跑评价模型;建议:该标准可以广泛应用与对学生有氧耐力的状况的评价和进行有氧锻炼的指导.

Abstract:Adopted the methods of the documentary analysis,experimentation,and statistics,this study conducted a test among the current students aged from 18 to 22 in Hebei Province,and verified the intensities and results of two tests.According to the results it built up the regular statistical value.Main results and conclusions can be summarized as follows: 1) Identifying the range of load intensity of two Exercise Tolerance Testing;2) There is no distinct differences between 18 to 22 years old students' F.C.;3) identifying regular statistic and evaluation model of twelve minutes racing: It was suggested that this criterion can be used for the evaluation of condition of students' aerobic stamina and the guidance of Aerobic training.
