| 摘 要： | 通过各种对照实验，利用溶菌酶破菌和多胺氧化酶联法，本文首次报道在链霉素牛产后灰色链霉菌小发现乙酰多胺氨基水解酶活性，为尿多胶的酶偶联测定提供了一种有用的工具酶。

| Abstract: | This paper first reports the finding of activity of acetylpolyamineaminohydrolas in streptomyces griseus. It is achieved through all kind of experiments of control groups and by the methods of lysoyme andpolyamine oxidase which can be an useful enzyme for the detection of urinary acetylpolyamine. |
