论师范生教育传导能力的培养

摘    要:教育传导能力是教师专业技能中的核心,师范院校在师范生的培养中应该注重教育传导能力的构建。一是以先进教育理论为指引,树立高尚的师范理念;二是重视教学方法和教学技巧,在教学工作中一切从实际出发;三是加强现代教育技术应用技能和人际关系与沟通技能培养;四是多方加强教学实践,全面快速构建教育传导能力。

Abstract:Education conducting power is the key to the teachers’specialized skills. Teacher’s college should pay attention to develop students’education conducting power. First,the construction of the education conducting power should be built on the basis of the advanced educational theory; second,the teaching methods and teaching skills should be paid much more attention ; third,it is required to develop the modern educational technology and the good relationship to communicate with each other ; fourth,much more teaching practice is needed to build the education conducting power rapidly .
