| 摘 要： | 教育是社会主义现代化建设的基础，学校教育能否培养出数量足够、素质优良的人才，在很大程度上取决于学校教师的道德修养。建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系是体现师德的基础。教师要以德树人。做到不心罚，位置互换，理智公正，爱、严结合，表扬、激励与批评相结合。

| Abstract: | Education is the basic of building social democracy modernization, teacher's moral culture decide whether the school can bring up enough excellent persons with ability or not. Establishing democratic, equal, harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the basic of incarnating teacher's moral. Teacher fostering students should base on teacher's moral--no punishing spirit, exchanging positions, keeping intellect and justness, combining love with stringentness, combining praise, encouragement with criticism. |
