| Abstract: | Through comparative analysis on employment mechanism of college students in chinese and foreign,the conditions were showed as followed:US,Japan,England already realized employment mechanism with popularization of higher education and marketization of employment for college students,the employmental characteristics of college students in developed country were analysed,then compared with our college students. |
