| 摘 要： | 采用文献研究及调查访问法,对秦巴山区中小学体育现状进行了研究.调查结果表明:造成秦巴山区中小学体育开展不利的因素主要表现在,校领导对体育不重视;师资学历结构不合理;招聘应届本科毕业生困难和现有体育教师流失严重;场地器材、体育经费短缺等.针对这些情况提出了相应的改进措施.
