| 摘 要： | 乙肝歧视是指在法律规定的条件之外,基于对乙肝病毒的错误认识而固执地给予HBVER有差别的、常常是不合理的对待.依据不同的标准可对日常生活中常见的乙肝歧视进行不同的学理分类.对乙肝歧视所采取的矫正措施和基于真正的职业要求而给予HBVER有差别的待遇一般不认为构成歧视.

| Abstract: | Correspondingly,discrimination Based on Carrying Hepatitis B Virus can be defined to give HBVER different(often unreasonable) treatment without legitimate authorization,which usually based on the wrong understanding about the Hepatitis B Virus.Discrimination based on carrying Hepatitis B Virus can be classified in different ways.There are some exceptions to discrimination based on carrying Hepatitis B Virus e.g.measures of rectification. |
