| 摘 要： | 股份制是企业资本的一种组织形式,所有制是生产关系的基础.两者是不同层次的概念.不能说股份制就是公有制.股份制的性质取决于它是在什么所有制基础上组建的.国家、集体控股的股份制企业,具有明显的公有性.股份制具有积极作用,可以成为公有制的主要实现形式.要警惕有人利用股份制作为私有化的工具.

| Abstract: | Joint stock is one of the forms of the enterprise capital while ownership is the base of production relations. They are two concepts of different levels. The nature of joint stock is decided by the ownership it bases on. The joint-stock company held by the state and the collective is public in nature. Joint stock has its advantages and can be the major form of public ownership. It should be ensured that capital is not privatized through joint stock. |
