优化我国外商直接投资结构的对策探析

进入21世纪以来，我国利用外商直接投资飞速发展，现已跃升为世界第一。然而，形成已久的外商直接投资结构问题，诸如技术结构、市场结构、产业结构、地区结构、来源结构等，却未因引资规模的扩大而有所消减。事实上，随着内外引资环境的变化，还会有进一步变化的趋势。应通过完善外商直接投资政策、大力扶持民族产业、提高中西部地区引资力度、扩大引资来源等途径措施，合理解决我国外商直接投资中存在的问题，推动国民经济健康发展。

The Counterplan of How to Improve Foreign Direct Investment Counstruction Problem

Since entering the 21st centuries, our country makes use of foreign direct investment and develops quickly, and has leaped into the first in the world now. However, the construction problems which have existed for a long time in our using FDI, such as technique construction, market construction, industrial structure, region construction, source construction etc., haven't decreased with a great deal of FDI flowing in our country. In fact, with the change of the environmental variety in and outside , this problem will still have the trend of the further variety. We should improve it by making the policy of FDI perfect, doing our best to supporting the development of national industry, enhancing the using of FDI in the middle and westem area and enlarging the source of FDI, etc, so as to push national economy to develop healthily .
