| Abstract: | The responsibility of universities in Western China is to train professional technicians and turn out special products creatively,which can take the lead in the development of educational technology in Western China.Therefore,an operational mode is to be explored,of tackling key problems of diverse professions,close cooperation among three levels(elementary,secondary and higher) and participation of faculties and students. |
