| Abstract: | This article analyzes the motion characteristics of muscle when one is holding the horizontal bar from the obverse and the reverse sides and drawing the body up straight from the athletic anatomic angle.We should choose the holding way according to the needs of sports events,and not equate the obverse holding with the reverse holding during the teaching process of drawing the body up straight on the horizorizontal bar or the process of quality test. |
