谈大学生的自我教育

道德教育实效化的本质是自我教育。自我教育是大学生完善自我的有效途径，它既反映了社会主义初级阶段道德发展的必然要求，也满足了大学生成长过程中身心发展的内在需求。只有加强和完善大学生的自我教育，才能培养和塑造大学生的时代精神，使其能自觉地以社会发展规律为准则，客观地认识自我，进行正确地自我设计、自我激励与自我完善，使他们真正成为国家的栋梁和民族的希望。

Self-education of the undergraduates

The nature of the moral education, as education goes, is self education. The self education is thought to be the effective way to self perfection for undergraduates. It reflects the necessity for the moral development at the initial stage of socialism, and also helps the students with their mental and physical growth. Therefore, only when self education is maximally fostered can we really develop and demonstrate the Zeitgeist of the students, enable them to understand the law of the social development, and see to it that they become successful generation for China.
