| 摘 要： | 在湖北省农村乡镇中小学教师培训情况和教师专业发展现状调研的基础上,分析了湖北省农村教师结构分布、教师教学情况、教师专业发展、教师流失和补充情况,归纳了调研分析反映的问题,提出了一些相应的对策和建议。

It also sums up some problems about the country teachers and offered some effective countermeasure and advice. |
