| 摘 要： | 对家族企业在非正式制度的框架内进行分析。改革之初，家族企业发挥了自身优势；但随着市场经济体制的日益完善，家族企业存在的问题越来越突出。打破家族界限和寻求新的经营方式成为家族企业进一步发展的根本出路。
