| 摘 要： | 当前学生思想政治教育工作中存在着一些不容忽视的问题和不足,解决的办法一是分析现状,牢固树立育人为本、德育为先的教育理念;二是优化师资,充分发挥学校在学生思想政治教育中的主渠道作用;三是加强领导,通力协作,建立和完善学生思想政治教育工作的长效机制。

| Abstract: | Currently, there exist some conspicuous problems in the Ideological-Political Education. The solutions are as follows: firstly, the educational idea of morality instruction must be bear in mind firmly; secondly, optimize teaching sources and the College must play a full role in Ideological-Political Education; Thirdly, Strengthen the college management, perfect the cooperation, improve the effectiveness of Ideological-Political education system. |
