摘    要:以"智"施教是职业教育的新理念,可以基于多元智能理论,深化职业教育的教学改革.职业教育的基本功能是强化岗位的内涵,给人才以任职资格,通过因"智"施教达到最佳效果.职业院校的教师要学会多元智能的教学艺术,以利用此教学方法提升"因材施教"的能力.

Abstract:To carry out teaching with intelligence is the new idea of vocational education. The teaching reform of vocational education can be deepened on the basis of the theory of the poly-intelligence. The basic function of vocational education is to enhance the connotation of the post and offer the qualification to the talented persons and approach the best result by carrying out teaching with intelligence. The teacher of higher vocational college must learn the teaching art of poly- intelligence so that the ability of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude can be improved.
