国内商学教学:现状、趋势与改革

作为学科群泛称的“商学”是改革开放后引入的新名称。国内商学院的纷纷设立,一方面显现其快速发展的良好态势,另方面凸现出对其发展规律进行研究以弥补现存空白是何等紧迫!从商学院及其师生的现状看,较之于国外先进的教学模式,国内商学教学目前存在诸多缺憾。如何面对差距迎头追赶,甚至发挥“后发优势”一跃当先?出路在于两个方面:思想上要牢牢把握商学教学正在形成或将要出现的七大趋势,工作上要紧紧抓住改革这条主线,力争将各项改革思路落到实处。

Teaching of Business Science in China:Present Situation, Trend and Reform

As an independent field in higher education, business science, including all the curricula taught in business schools, is becoming more and more important. However, it is a newly developed field in China. At first, this paper describes the present situation of the teaching of business science from many aspects (e.g. the history, the qualities of the teachers and students). Based on the thorough inquiry into the present situation and the comparison with some famous business schools in western developed countries,especially the Harvard Business School and Stanford University, the author points out some deep-roofed defects in China's business science teaching. Then the author predicts the trend of teaching of business science. Finally several approaches to its reform and requirements for teachers and students are discussed. So far, all the theories included in the trend of business science teaching are sole and sophisticated. There is no doubt that it will enlighten the improvement of China's teaching of business science.
