| 摘 要： | 张之洞对清末法制变革的态度,经历了一个矛盾转变过程。最初,由于自身性格的开明以及为时代危机感所迫,他倡导法制改革,举荐修律大臣,并身体力行,为变法修律提出有益的建议;但由于其政治性格的矛盾性等多重原因,以致其后来又主张渐进变革,反对司法独立,反对变法修律中激进改革的内容。

| Abstract: | The attitude of Zhang Zhi Dong toward the Late-Qing legal reform experienced a contradictory transformation.At first,he advocated legal reform,recommending official revising the laws and proposing constructive suggestions,due to his open characteristics and urgent necessity.However,because of his contradictory political characters and other reasons,he proposed progressive reform,against judicial independence law,as well as the radical contents in the revised law. |
