| 摘 要： | 本文通过东方电机成长进步的过程,说明一个企业要打造世界一流就必须走科技创新的路,依靠现代化研究开发与设计手段,数字化技术装备,科学化制造工艺,信息化管理理念,推动企业持续快速发展。为了保持优势,还必须建成学习型企业,不断总结经验,提高自主创新的能力,保持在行业的科技领先地位。

| Abstract: | The success of Dongfang Electrical Machinery Co., Lt. has shown scientific and technological innovation is the key to construct a first-class international power equipment manufacturing enterprise. Fast development of the enterprise depends on modern research and design, advanced numerical equipments, scientific technology and information-based management. To keep its leading position, we must build up our enterprise into a learning group and greatly improve our self-renovation capacity. |
