| 摘 要： | 沟通是人与人之间的信息交流过程,语言的沟通是其最主要形式。语言信息交流的通畅依赖于话语的正向表达,其沟通的障碍多表现为话语的反向表达。但语言的反向表达已经成为许多人的习惯性行为。其深层原因与民族的社会心理相关,主要有:冷漠麻木心态,敌意猜疑心态,压抑阴郁心态以及口欲期固结等。

| Abstract: | Communication is a course in which people exchange their information,mainly by languages.Smooth language communication depends on obverse words expression.The barriers to communication,however,are inverse words expression which has already become a habitual action to many people.The causes in depth have something to do with the social psychology of our nation,mainly including indifferent,suspicious depressing state of mind and so on. |
