Medical schools shoulder the glorious mission of cultivating medical talents in the development and construction of the country.Teachers play a pivotal role in medical training.As an important member of the faculty of colleges and universities,the part-time head teachers also play an important role that cannot be ignored.We should pay attention to the management of part-time head teachers and give full play to the advantages of part-time head teachers in talent training to make them become instructors and guides in the process of healthy growth of college students.Based on this,and from the perspective of a clinician and a part-time head teacher,this paper tries to analyze the strengths and weaknesses in their daily work and proposes some countermeasures.
