社会主义发展史视域下高校思想政治工作途径新探

国家对人才需求标准发生变化后,高校必须围绕思想政治教育工作形成新主张。理性审视社会主义发展视域下高校思想政治教育的主要成果,针对既往经验和成就成为高校创新的枷锁、应对时代瞬息万变发展之势能力不足、工作模式缺乏多样性、以人为本人才教育核心战略作用发挥受限四个突出问题,设计和实施新工作策略。具体来说,一要基于社会主义发展史构建“四个自信”教育新模式,二要深层次和全面化变革工作观念,三要构建完善的线上和线下混合式教学模式,创建集民主—开放—创新—研究—学习为一体教学新体系。

Exploration of the Ways of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Socialist Development History

After the change of national requirements for talents,colleges and universities must adopt new ideas about ideological and political education.We must rationally examine the main achievements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of socialist development,and design and implement new work strategies in view of the four prominent problems:the past experience and achievements which have become the shackles of innovation in colleges and universities,the lack of ability to cope with the rapid development of the times,the lack of diversity in work modes,and the limited function of the core strategy of student-oriented education.Specifically,first,we should build a new education model of“four self-confidence”based on the history of socialist development;second,we should deeply and comprehensively change the working concept;third,we should build a perfect online and offline mixed teaching model and create a new teaching system integrating democracy,openness,innovation,research and learning.
