| 摘 要： | 介绍板坯连铸电磁搅拌辊技术在马钢的应用实践，在使用该项技术之后，有效的增加了铸坯的等轴晶区，改善中心偏析和中心疏松，消除了中间裂纹，但铸坯也出现白亮带、等轴晶区致密度下降的缺陷。

Effect of Electro - Magnetic Stirring on Internal Quality of Slab |

| Abstract: | Application of technology of electro - magnetic stirring roll for continuous slab casting in Ma - steel was introduced. Installation of electro - magnetic stirring roll leads to the improvement of slab quality. As result, the ratio of equiaxed was increased and the degree of center porosity and segre- gation was decreased effectively, midway cracks disappears, but there appears the white band segrega- tion and the porosity in middle equiaxed zone. |
