对普通高校体育理论课教学内容的研究

摘    要:采用多种研究方法,对我国普通高校体育理论课的教学内容作了较深入的探讨。研究结果进一步证明了体育理论教学对学生学习和掌握动作技术、提高学生对体育的认识、学生的体育行为和树立终生体育思想有着积极的影响。作者认为:目前高校体育理论课需要增加时数、教学内容和形式急待改进,体育教师与学生对教学内容的选择有着不同的倾向性。为系统地研究高校体育理论课教学提出了一些参考意见。

Abstract:Multiple research methods were used to make a deeper study of the teaching contents of physical education theory in institutions of higher learning in our country. The result of our atudy further proves that the teaching of physical education theory has a positive effect on the students in their learning and mastering the technique of movements, in their understanding of the importance of physical education, in their sports behaviour, and in their adopting the idea of life-long physical education. The result indicates that teaching class hours for physical education theory should be increased, teaching contents and methods should be improved, and the teachers and students are inclined to have different choices of teaching contents. Suggestions have been put forward for the systematic study of the teaching of physical education theory in institutions of higher learning.
