控制相对耗氧量稳定条件下心率、耗氧量与代谢当量的观察与分析

摘    要:观察相对生理强度稳定条件下绝对生理强度的变化,对12名运动训练专业的学生进行控制相对耗氧量在29—31ml·kg^-1·min^-1的窄小范围内50min有氧运动的实验,结果显示:HR、VO2、代谢当量的均值是稳定的,但离差较大;在控制相对耗氧量稳定的运动中发现,即使运动的速度不变,也时常发生数值漂移现象。

Abstract:In order to observe the changing of the physiological intensity under the stable condition,50 minutes aerobic walking exercise was conducted among 12 male college students respectively.The intensity of movement controlled within 29-31ml.min-1.kg-1of Relative Oxygen uptake value.The results show that the average value of Heart rate(HR),Oxygen uptake perminute perkillogram(VO2) andmetabolic equivalent(METS) in experiment are all stable,but the value of deviation is highter.It was found that the intensity of m...
