| 摘 要： | 目前,高校学生出现了由特困生、成绩差生、心理障碍生组成的需要特别关爱的学生群体。这一学生群体有其自身特点,需要有针对性的开展工作。在长期的实践中,我们摸索出了“发现、鼓励、办实事”的一套行之有效的工作方法。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, there is a special group of students in universities which needs extra care. The group is made up of students who are especially poor, who are left far behind in study and students who have mental obstacles. Having traits of its own, this group of students has to be treated in accordance with its special characteristics. During a long period of practice, we have found out a set of effective way of "discovery, encouragement and handling affairs". |
