中国传统武术文化的现代价值探析

Analysis on the Modern Value of Traditional Wushu Culture

By using the way of documents and logical analysis,the paper analyzes the modern value of the traditionalWushu culture,and points out that the theories of traditional Wushu,such as the unity of man and nature,thecoordinating development of body and mind,the Yin and Yang theory,are very important and can promote intake of thehuman civilization and paying attention to the human life.Traditional Wushu has many new functions,such as beingbeneficial to improve the quality of life,helping the melting between the eastern and the western sports cultures,doinggood to cultivating students' good morality,aesthetic viewpoints,healthy body and psychology,and improving the interestsof taking part in the National Fitness Action,eliminating the moral crisis of the modern society ,creating the economicvalues,etc.
