| Abstract: | In order to build up an enterprise culture with Chinese characteristic , we should base ourselves on the present situation of the enterprises in China. It is meaningful to select the scientific and democratic policy-making act of a n enterprise as the entering point, which reflects the theoretical and practical demand of enterprises in the process of reforming and development. |
