跨文化交际与高职“环球英语”教学

多年来,高职英语教学过分注重语言形式和语言知识的传授,而忽视了对学生跨文化交际能力的培养,因而使学生在实际交流中产生了一定的交际障碍。随着《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求》的颁布,高职学生的语言技能和跨文化交际能力的培养得到了突出和深化。在环球英语教程的教材背景下,高职英语教学中跨文化交际的渗透对培养既具有专业技能又具有一定英语综合运用能力的高级技术人才有着重要作用。

Cross-cultural Communication and the Teaching of "World Link" in Vocational Schools

For years, English teaching in vocational schools pays more attention to the acquisition of language forms than students＇ skills in cross-cultural communication, which leads to their communication inability in real-life talking. With the publication of ＂the Basic Requirements for HVTE① English Course＂, vocational students＇ real-life English skills, especially their ability in cross-cultural communication have been emphasized and highlighted. With the help of the textbooks of ＂World Link＂ series, students＇ knowledge and skills in cross-cultural communication are reinforced, which will make a vital contribution to the cultivation of high-tech talents who demonstrate both technical capabilities and English communication skills in use.
