新义务教育财政中所存在问题的探析

义务教育是整个教育体系中最为基础也是最为重要的部分,但是义务教育财政所存在的一系列问题成为义务教育发展的绊脚石。2006年《新义务教育法》的颁布虽然对义务教育财政体制做出了一些新的规定,与1986年《义务教育法》相比确有突破之处,但是在实际实施过程中问题依然存在,需要采取一些对策加以解决。

An Inquiry into the Problems in the Finance for the New Compulsory Education

Compulsory education is the most basic and most important part throughout the education system, but a series of problems that exist in the compulsory education finance to become a stumbling block to development of compulsory education. Although the promulgation of the ＂Compulsory Education Law＂ of 2006 made some new requirements of compulsory education finance system and compared with the ＂Compulsory Education Law＂ of 1986 is indeed a breakthrough, problem still exists in the actual implementation process. So some measures must be taken to solve these problems.
