短跑重复训练中不同季节、练习距离与负荷强度指标相关性实验研究

摘    要:采用实验、数理统计、比较分析等方法 ,对短跑训练中运用重复训练法在不同季节、练习距离与负荷强度指标的相关性进行研究 ,结果表明 :在不同季节、不同距离与负荷强度的相关性 ,在春夏两季相关性不大 ,秋冬两季相关性较大 ;不同季节、相同距离与负荷强度的相关性 ,在春夏两季各短距离负荷强度均可一致 ,对在秋冬两季 6 0 m影响不大 ,而对 10 0 m、15 0 m均有较大影响

Abstract:Through experiment, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, the author makes experimental research on index relatively among different seasons, training distance and load intensity in repetition training of sprint. The result shows that the correlation among load intensity, different seasons and training distance in spring and summer season has no significant, but has significant in autumn and winter season. The load intensity of different short distances is same in spring and summer season. It has no affect on the result of 60 m in autumn and winter, but has greater influence on 100 m and 150 m.
