| 摘 要： | 对国内关于大学章程的研究文献进行了分析,并在综合了学者观点的基础上概述了大学章程的研究背景。然后综述了一些学者对大学章程内涵的定位,以及国内学者对外国大学章程的介绍。接着又重点介绍了学者对我国大学章程的制定主体、功能价值、现状问题等方面的见解和意见建议。最后文章在对现有研究进行总结的基础上,从研究现状、研究视角、研究方法等提出今后研究大学章程需要注意的问题,并提出了一些建议供参考。
