| 摘 要： | 美国金融危机发展经历流动性危机、信用违约危机、利率市场危机、美元地位危机阶段,重创了国际金融体系,冲击了实体经济,引发了社会危机。金融危机的本质是经济危机,具有相对过剩、消费异化两个层次。全球通过建立国际金融新秩序和调整经济发展结构,应对金融危机。

| Abstract: | The development of the u.s financial crisis experienced a liquidity crisis,credit default risk,interest rate market crisis and the dollar position of the crisis stage,hit the international financial system heavily,the real economy,triggered a social crisis.Financial crisis,basically is the economic crisis.To deal with the financial crisis,the world should establish a new international financial order and adjust the structure of economic development. |
