| Abstract: | This study summaries effects of laboratory management structural innovation, laboratory assistant training and experimental teaching reform etc. systematically. The results show that establishment of experimental center is a good way for efficient utilization of existing sources. This reform makes it more suitable for modem laboratory management. |
