南通市小微企业成长性影响因素的实证研究

在借鉴国内外学者关于企业成长性影响因素研究成果的基础上，结合小微企业区别于大中型企业的特点，分析了影响小微企业成长的内外部主要因素，构建了小微企业成长性影响因素的模型；并通过问卷调查，实证分析了这些因素与小微企业成长的关联度，总结了影响小微企业成长的关键因素。

The Empirical Study on the Growth Factors of Small and Micro Enterprises in Nantong

The article uses research results on enterprises growth factors from domestic and overseas scholars for reference, and on this basis, the author combines the characters of small enterprises differing from large and medium-size enterprises to analyze internal and external main factors which affect small enterprises growth, and constructs growth factors model of small enterprises. The article analyzes relevancy between these factors and small enterprises growth empirically by questionnaire, and concludes key factors which affect small enterprises growth.
