| 摘 要： | 对篮球运动员的防守意识做出科学的评定,对于提高运动员的防守能力具有重要意义.从无球队员个人摆脱跑位的防守、防掩护、协防与补防、抢防守篮板球等5个方面提出了评价防守意识的标准和方法.
